Two Almost Too Good To Share!

Sometimes you have to start with a Tex-Mex treat and then add something with a southwest kick.  The result is one great meal!

On the left, Steak Tampiqueña – house favorite grilled beef loin topped with sautéed onion, tomato and long green chiles.  On the right, a new favorite, roasted sweet potato and black bean salad with onion, red bell pepper and cilantro in a jalapeño vinaigrette. the pair compliment each other perfectly.

By the way, I divided the 16 oz. steak after taking the picture
